Kangi Returns

Been working on redesigning another one of my characters. I really liked the end results I finally came up with. While working on the sketch I got a few critiques from Don Bluth on the online seminar he does every week, which really helped in making this a better drawing. Enjoy and here is the sketch along with the finished drawing!

Sera Colored

I finished my redesign of Sera and I'm quite happy with the results! Made some changes from the pencil sketch and I did have some input from others that helped in my improvements. Enjoy this new pic!

Redesign of Character

An old character of mine that I wanted to update her look. Her name is Sera and she is a bit of a tomboy. Just wanted to show the sketch before I finish her up.

Sketch with emotion

This is a sketch I made after Don Bluth critiqued the first drawing I asked for help on. Two things he emphasized on were to try and avoid twinning, which will make the drawing a bit stagnant and the other was what makes the character unique with how he thinks and feels. I tried my best to show a core feeling of what makes this character who he is and the thing he experiencing right now in his life is being rejected by others and feeling absolutely alone. Enjoy the sketch and I hope I was able to get this feeling across.

An Animated Film I Just Love!

I just love this movie! Based on a book that I grew up reading over and over again I think they did an amazing spin on the story! Everything was well put together and the animation was just awesome in my opinion, plus who doesn't like to see food raining down!

These two characters I drew are my favorite out of the ones I have made so far! I made both of them as pencil sketches and then finished them up in Photoshop. I really enjoy making up new characters and I hope you all enjoy these two!
